No technical knowledge required to use our systems:

It is not a requirement that you have high level IT knowledge to use our SPAM solution, so whether you are an experienced IT professional or just starting your career in the IT industry, our SPAM solution is the one for you. Traditional add-on solutions require specific knowledge and training to install and configure so that they function correctly. We have friendly, plain talking, 24/7 support provided at no extra cost to all resellers that are based in the U.K. Should you have a question we would be glad to assist in answering it. As well as technical support you also have a dedicated account manager to assist in non technical matters. Our aim is to assist our partners in every way that we can.

No software to install or uninstall:

If you are upgrading to Microsoft Server 2008 or Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 you will have probably discovered that not only is your anti spam solution incompatible with Microsoft Server 2008 or Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, your anti spam software provider is probably going to require you purchase the latest version or charge an upgrade fee. With our solution there is no software to install and just as important, no software to uninstall. Many add-on solutions are very difficult to remove once installed and often the add-on supplier recommends a reinstall of the server when uninstalling. All the filtering and archiving is fully managed by our technicians, on our servers, so there is no install, no updating, no overhead (CPU or RAM usage), flexibility to switch and upgrade to new technologies, no software conflicts, leaving you free to manage your email systems the way you want to! To setup a customer we simply need you to point your MX record to our servers and answer a few simple questions, that’s it!

Any company size welcome:

There are no minimum requirements or sales quotas to achieve. This means there are no sales targets to meet to retain reseller status. If you are a small or large company we understand that cash flow is a constant consideration that you must make. Our partner program is designed in a way that puts you in a positive cash flow position 100% of the time. After 6 months of being a partner you are welcome to apply for credit terms. This will mean you have 7, 14, 30, or even 60 days credit available to you.
